I don't think she wanted another sibling at all. But for ages she was telling us to "do sex and get a boy", because we need more boys in the house (we also have a female cat and at the time we had two hens as well), and then complained she hoped the ultrasound person didn't *really* see a doodle, then wanted to know how much this baby is going to cry (DD#2 was the noisy screaming model of baby). Her latest complaint is that the two little ones will gang up on her - which is probably true, but not something you really think about when you have a newborn.

He's a quiet baby and she's rarely home when he's awake and then doesn't pay any attention to him because he's not screaming.

That said, the other day I left him on the loungeroom floor to grab something expecting to need to come back in a minute when he started complaining, he didn't, I went back to see what was up and both girls were playing with him and wouldn't let me take him back
