Peta - We had the same thing with my other baby buddies thread, and I will say the same thing again, stick with where you are comfortable. There isn't a great deal of difference in ages so Aly will be meeting her milestones with the bubs that were born in this period, and you will need the same support as the rest of us. Don't stress about being the 'wrong' group - I don't think there are baby buddies police that tell you you are in the wrong group!!

Peanutter - I also read your other post - OMG!! I can imagine what a shock that would have been discovering it. I'm glad that it isn't going to affect you having any more kidlets, what a worry you could be doing without in these wonderful newborn days. big

Peanutter - I've just had time to sit down and properly read your birth story. What a shock! I can only imagine what you felt and probably then I would still have no idea! Big Squishy
Peta - Def. stick around in here We will miss you! I totally get you about the growth charts too. We had the same issues with Miss J.
MT - Glad to hear Emmelyn is behaving with the sleeping and feeding and so great that Jett is good with her too. It's so cute when they give them kisses and cuddles.

AFM - last night just got worse. Miss J kept going until she went to bed. She seems to be HEAPS better this morning though. She was allot calmer and doesn't seem to be as sick. So I sent her to Daycare for half a day I felt bad sending her today even for half a day, I just needed sometime to get myself sorted and back into some kind of rhythm to keep going. Shes been asleep for a while so i've managed to get some of the house work done.
Miss S is slowing starting to settle. I have to hold her or lay down with her to get to sleep at night but thats ok - Shes still only little and I feed her laying down in bed at night too then transfer her to her bed. I seem to be getting between 2 and 3 hours doing it this way so while it works then I'm going to keep going.
Miss J has been great with Miss S. She give her cuddles and kisses and has to make sure she kisses her when she kisses us goodngiht. If she forgets she comes back out to say goodnight... too cute!!
Seriously - the 2 of them could have been twins! We were comparing pics last night and Miss S looks EXACTLY like Miss J at the same age!! No doubting that they are sisters

Well I'd better get back to it... I want to try and get somethings finished before the girls wake up. I'd love to get washing dry but thats not going to happen Oh well.

Hope everyone is enjoying newborn snuggle cuddles. xxx

Yay, we have our baby buddies thread now

Just quickly coming on to say hello and catch up with how you are all going while DS is sleeping. Good to hear you are all going well.

Our little man Deacon is loving the (.)(.) juice..... Have had a few attachment issues, but that seems to be getting better each day. Just had to wait for my poor nipples to harden up a bit too. They've never had a work out like this before.. We're averaging about 3 hours between feeds, with a few cluster feeds thrown in for good measure.

DH & I are loving being parents. Wouldn't swap it for anything in the world. DS is a real little character already. Everyone keeps commenting on how alert and strong he is for his age. Even the dr and ECH nurse said the same thing.

Better run, can hear DS grizzling.....

    Hi Girls

What a day! Max has been a bit of a handful, but I reckon that's coz DH is here....he gets on that stupid blackberry and that's when the shizen hits the fan! Wish DH would just GET IT that if he just paid attention for 5 mins then all the grizzling and whinging and whining that DS is doing would probably halve!

DH did take Max out today.....to a BUSINESS MEETING lunch! DS managed to poo and wee himself and DH said he didn't notice the poo, only knew about the wee......THEN he put him in the car to come home and FORGOT to strap him in! Seriously....you wouldn't think the guy has been a Dad for the past 2+ years. Sheesh!

ATM Darcie is sleeping on DH while I entertain Maxy....I'm so buggered. Oh....and Max likes her now too....says "she's not rubbish anymore" and kisses and smooches her....still hasn't let me put her on his lap though.....all I want is a photo!!!!

Sunshine, like you I've been lying down with Darcie....but mine is more like co-sleeping! The first night home it was so cold, she wouldn't settle at all, but when she is all snugged up with me, it's all good. She sleeps, I sleep and the world is a better place for it!

Peanutter How are you going today? I've been thinking of you. I can't get over the ordeal you've been through. You are such a strong woman!

So many of us are missing.....WHERE IS EVERYONE!!?

Well better go, take care girls and hugs and kisses for the sweet bubbas!

We would be co-sleeping, except we already co-sleep with Jett and there is no way we could put E in with the three of us. But I definitely understand that everyone gets good sleep by co-sleeping, hence why Jett is still in bed with us!! But we are lucky, E sleeps well, she is in a cradle in our bedroom so she is still within easy reach, but man, getting out of bed to put a dummy back in is a pita!!!!
