Well, now that I feel a bit better after having that vent, time for some persies before Deacon wakes up.

Family hey, can't live with, can't shoot em I'm not sure what to suggest with Allysa's routine as we are going through a change with introducing solids a bit more and all the craziness of christmas is making it hard to keep to any normal routine. I hope what ever you decide to try works out for you

Peanutter: Good luck with TTC #2. I got my first AF about 5 weeks ago and haven't had one since (done a HPT which was neg, phew!!!). Yules: I bet you'll be glad once you're settled in Jersey. At least you're able to spend a nice christmas here in oz with your family. We noticed the dvd's too after the photo was taken and rearranged the black cloth.

Holly: Heheheh, Deacon does the whole dive for a toy too if he sees one out of reach that he wants. He's always had quite strong stomach muscles and we had an incling that he would be sitting early on. Sounds like Carmello is doing sooo well. He is a gorgeous little thing. Thanks for the info on the elf outfit too.

Doodlebug: Hahahaha, I'm sure James will still love the TMNT stuff. Logan is doing so well too. Wow, you are a busy little bee!!! Tis the season, although I'm glad it only happens once a year....

Big HELLO to everyone.

AFM: We had a little visitor in our backyard last night. We were woken up at 1am by our side gate being rattled and banged. DH went out to have a look while I kept an eye out from our bedroom window (big scardie-pants that I am). And what does he find but a kangaroo trying to go through/over our gate. As soon as DH put the light on him he bounded away over two lots of fences and DH couldn't see where he went. We heard some dogs barking up the road later on so we think the kangaroo got into someone elses backyard too.

This christmas we are spending a few days with my family. Will be good to see them all. We drive up to Brissie (700kms) on Christmas eve so we hope to get away nice and early. As Deacon doesn't usually wake up until 5:30am for a feed, I'm going to wake him up at 3am and give him a feed so we can be on the road no later than 4am. That should hopefully get us to my parents around lunch time.

Deacon is doing well. He is now 8.5kg (no wonder my arms feel tired after holding him). He is getting up on all fours and swaying forward and back, but not quite crawling. How he is getting around at the moment is he gets up on his knees and pushes himself back or he can move round in circles and somehow goes sideways at the same time. Other than that he rolls around to get where he wants to be.

He is now starting to eat more. I'm doing some mash as well as finger food and that seems to be working. Coz I keep the mash somewhat chuky he still chews at it, which he seems to prefer. His poos are getting thicker and smellier too.... The last couple we've watched him and he has gotten a look of absolute concentration while he does them. Quite funny Now all I have to do is stop people from trying to feed him c**p (lollies, chips etc) over Christmas. I've already given my parents a talking too that they aren't to offer him anything other than proper food (ie fruit, vegies and meat).

Anyway, I probably won't be able to come back on till the new year, so
