Those cake + party ideas sound so cool. I love the ladybird theme + the makka pakka rocks. T has a ladybird mask from ikea which I haven't opened yet + u reminded me of it.

MD-bummer ur landscaping plans turned bum-up. DTD does help in keeping unity lol, or at least suggest it + don't follow thru- that's my trick lol.

Thanks MD on the bikkie ideas. I had thought of arrowroot bikkies with red icing then licorice and choc dots, but will keep yours in mind also. I haven't fully watched a Wotwot episode yet, thankfully Sarah is not addicted to any particular show at the moment

Just finished cutting out 30 bodies and 30 wings. Will have to do the remaining 30 wings 2moro night as my fingers are hating the scissors at the moment. Also need to figure out whether I am going to hand write on the invite or print it and stick it in place. Problem with writing is that it will be on black cardboard so am not sure how visible it will be even with silver gel pens. And the problem with typing it is that where it needs to be stuck is on black cardboard so am not sure how funky it will look. Will have a play around this week I think and decide from there. I figure if I give myself this long to do something about it all then I have plenty of stuff up time lol. I'm also going to use a template for lolly boxes, so will need to cutout and fold a fair few of those. Only problem is that I have like 30 kids being invited but most of them probably won't come due to being either in Brisbane or other distant places. So can just imagine heaps of these boxes lying around afterwards unused. S will love using them to carry her stuff around in so not a complete loss.
Night all...my fingers are slowly giving up the ghost and making it twice as hard to type normally. Damn you scissors of doom!!!

I'm not sure at this stage exactly which day, but I will be coming down and staying a night and I will make use of the great shopping and find a dress for SIL's wedding too. Would be great to meet you - and anyone else who wanted to come LOL.
Recently rolled in from a weekend at the beach. Was lovely to get away. But man, i hate unpacking and cleaning up. Froze my butt off, which is fine, it sould do with a little being frozen off!

I used to have a welsh mountain pony! His name was Chippy and he was cool. He used to eat frozen juice box's as a treat, and the grapes off the vines if he got out! He also used to try and stand on my foot when i was getting on, or turn around and bite my bum!!! Cheeky little thing.
MD- how's the bug recovery going? Was thinking of you over the weekend.
Trill- Definately love at first sight. S keeps asking when we can go visit the J-man again. I think the hair has her hooked.
preg- Lu has a nocternal cough at times which Dr decided was most likely asthma related as i get the same thing and mine is derived from asthma. So she has ventolin, but i hate giving it to her. She got her cough over the weekend. The poor thing coughs and coughs untli she almost vomits. It doesn't seem to wake her up but she has a terrible nights sleep. (as do we!) Fortunately i always have the ventolin with us so i gave her some and the coughing stopped. So i guess she needs it. I just know how horrible it makes me feel and don't really want her to have all the side effects that go with it. Having a bit of a ramble aren't i?
