Supa B - Congratulations on your exciting news, a new little one for your family!
Renee - hope the house sale all goes ahead
Clare - loving your inlaw stories, what a shame they don't like closer so we could have a new story every week!!! Wish we had quiet midnight antics, DD is needing one lot of quick cuddles at about 11 each night (after going in for 4 lots at bedtime!) and then is waking about 4:30 or 5 at which stage she hops into the spare bed with one of us. This morning she woke up with DH and he must have been totally unresponsive that she had to come and get me - poor guy, went into work yesterday and was up late doing work too, he would have been desperate for another 30 minutes.
Last week my parents were down and Granny was not acceptable in the middle of the night, such a shame, we were looking forward to a bit of sleep. She ended up on her mattress on our floor for 3 nights.
We don't have too much trouble with the oldies and lollies. An occasional box of chocolate tiny teddies that lasts for weeks or a little box of smarties. My main gripe with MIL is the constant channel surfing to find cartoons for DD. We record a Thomas episode every day for her and last week Bob and that's all she watches. DD hasn't had fizzy drink yet, only a couple of glasses of juice and never been to McDonalds (except when she's fallen asleep in the backseat and I'm in drive thru!!) She and DH share an icy pole each night, it used to be a frozen yogurt but she didn't cope when he had something different.
Trill - that is one determined little boy, wandering down your driveway like that.
We have two top molars, not sure about bottom. They're awful coming through!!
Heading up to Canberra end of this week, we're going to Playschool. Everytime DD has watched it, she's lasted less than 5 minutes so it will be interesting to see how she goes. Hoping to get heaps of Christmas shopping in too.
