I had to do abdom muscle exercises and would do them in the car. Certain markers that i drove past regularly would remind me.

i read something about kegels not being the best exercises to do for the pelvic floor..... hopefully someone else has more info.

I went to a friend's house not long ago and she has post it notes near her home phone, toilet paper in the toilet and the kettle that says PELVIC FLOOR. I assume each time she see's one she remembers to do them. I had a good laugh and then promptly did some exercises!

I do them every time I see an advertisement for incontinence pads on tv. Which always seems to be during Masterchef.

Hmm doing pfe everytime I go to the loo would be a good idea. But then I'd turn up at birth looking like the hulk down there

Squats are actually better for your pelvic floor because they promote strong flexible muscles.

See this interview with a biomechanical scientist http://mamasweat.blogspot.com.au/201...e-not.html?m=1
