Has anyone got a tried & true method to remembering to do pelvic floor exercises?

I went to a friend's house not long ago and she has post it notes near her home phone, toilet paper in the toilet and the kettle that says PELVIC FLOOR. I assume each time she see's one she remembers to do them. I had a good laugh and then promptly did some exercises!

Hmm doing pfe everytime I go to the loo would be a good idea. But then I'd turn up at birth looking like the hulk down there

Lol. I'm no hulk. But weeing involves relaxing the pelvic floor, which puts me in mind of needing to strengthen it as well, so I do a few while I'm there. Not always, but often enough that it seems to do the trick.

Squats are actually better for your pelvic floor because they promote strong flexible muscles.
