Sounds extemely painful. My only advice is to get yourself some psyllium husks, and drink buckets of water, this will soften your stools at least and hopefully make them less traumatic for you. And to get some cream from the chemist (not sure exactly which ones...) things like witch hazel can help. You can put ice down there too. If it is really bad, you should go get checked put by your go or someone, as you may have a little tear or fissure happening (ESP. After giving birth).
