Kitty cat my first preg ended exactly as you described - heart had stopped at 8 weeks but i had no signs till 10 weeks - then had the terrible bleed etc - i ended up still having to hace a D& C though as -even though i have never seen so much bloody in my life as what i lost with my m/c - i had lost only about half of what needed to be expelled.

Bellybelly got me through my m/c .....
