Dear Lisa, I'm sorry for your loss. Personally, I've found it to be a lot less hassle to miscarry at home then bring the remains to the hospital. But that's just me. Maybe some good can come out of your bad experience--maybe the hospital, now that administration is aware of the problem, can institute better policies and procedures for miscarrying women in the future.
