I am so sorry for your loss

A loss like you have experienced, with no other signs is often referred to as a 'missed miscarriage'. Basically your body has not registered that your little one has passed I too had a loss like this at 12 weeks. I just wanted to reassure you that although I know you must be scared about Thursday, physically it really isn't too bad. I didn't experience any physical pain.
