I might be wrong about this, but I thought that the allergy tests only showed up a positive if you were actually eating the gluten for example. I'm not sure if thats the blood test or what, I've just read it somewhere - because if you aren't eating gluten there won't be any antibodies in your blood??. There is one test that looks at the villi in you stomach and I think that is supposed to be more accurate.
I suppose if you are feeling better after a few weeks then that will be the best indicator.
I'm actually thinking of joining you in a few weeks when I finish uni (only I just realised then I will be going away for two weeks, then it will be christmas).
So thanks for the goats milk suggestion, I had forgotten about it, and was trying to figure out what to have in smoothies.
Any other breakfast suggestions?
All I have is:
scrambled eggs and kale
smoothie
fruit salad.
Have you found any nice gluten free breads?
