Laura, can you have the cream cheese??? I hadn't even thought that I would be able too have it.

We've been dairy free since January here.... it took some getting used too because alot of what I liked to cook with and eat has cheese in it. I love cooking italian creamy pastas so the sweetened evaporated milk might be a go for us... I wonder how it tastes?? Maybe the garlic & basil would change it.... I haven't warmed to rice milk yet.
