Can anyone guess how Kviiilyn is pronounced? Hint, it's a common girls name.

    Re: Bad Bad name

There's a girl I went to school with who's given her DD2 a different name. I don't think it's bad, but the girl's name is Katherine, at school we called her Kat and that's still what everyone calls her. Her DD2 is called K.atara, and I haven't wanted to be rude by asking but I wonder if she wanted to have her name in there and added the Tara on the end.

Maybe I am missing something, but what is so weird about that name? It's a Russian name (meaning pure) that is used as a pet version of Katerina; which is the origin of the names Catherine and Katrina in the English language. Or is there a reference I'm not getting?
