I had little pangs of the same feelings for about a good year after my daughter was born ... Might sound strange to say but i think it was because it's a long name to say (if that makes sense) ... and the times you get asked how to pronounce or spell it just adds to that little doubtful angel sitting on your shoulder ... BUT having said all that WE are so beyond HAPPY that we DID name her the name she has
I truely believe your feelings 'Might' be of the same thoughts & feelings DP & I had ... I promise those ideas will slowly fad away ... and then you will ever be so GLAD you never changed her name
I think your daughters name EVANGELINE is absolutely BEAUTIFUL(I hope you don't change it
) ... BUT if it feels RIGHT to change it then you know what to do !!
P.S - My DD's name ends in ' INE ' too
