Hope you have a nice doula lined up to support you at home before you go in and to stay with you through thick and thin. I've seen some lovely VBACs, sending lots of lovely VBAC vibes your way. You are a kick-ass birther and you can so do it. I'm really sorry they never told you of the vaginal breech option, with your history you would have been a perfect candidate for a vaginal breech birth.
