Be happy you don't have an Ob like theirs! You're not crazy - they are. A little bit of research (as you have obviously done) show that the risks from a repeat section are higher than a VBAC.
How do we know that thin uterine walls at term aren't just a normal part of pregnancy? The only people who seem to have thin uterine walls are the ones who have had their uterus cut open by an Ob in the first place. What about all those women who don't have sections and so we don't see their uterus? I always find that logic about thin uterine walls funny.
