You can't have any lip colour or other face makeup on during the c-section as they need to be able to check your lips and facial colouring.

Try not to worry about how you look; I know I had a lot of fluid retention and swelling and looked terrible for the first couple of days. Focus on comfort; the tracksuit sounds good.
