I was in bed for the first 24hrs so it was nice to have some like refresher towlettes with a nice scent, it made me feel like a human again.

Comfy undies (sarah was spot on) I didnt care much about col as they were never invited to join the normal rotation and were threw out
Tops that you can feed without flashing to the world
I would def do a Brazillian saves the nasty clippers.
PADS for the insistion site so clothes dont rub on it.
pedi and manucure I did that last time and although my feet swelled they looked good
Shoes that give as my feet swelled with the fluid c-section
Um that is all I can think of at the moment
