No nappy news here other than they are drying on the line behind me.. but thats not very interesting news is it.
same here mel , not into tda bling .... .. dont usually have minky nappies either .... i do love cuddle/fleece outers .. thats about as fancy as i get lol !!
im praying hard i get fluff today ... its about time .. some got sent last week express .. and still nothing
eeek i have day surgery today ... and mums taking the kids , i also have a LC appt in the morning too ....
this is gabs 3rd day of having a fever .. so somewhere she will be seeing the doc too .. busy for me !!

hmmmm i'm not overly fussed by the bling or any WC nappies for that matter...the fit just isn't for Jack.
We are off the Drs soon...Jack is vomitting like a fountain..he woke at 6.30am and is alseep again already...rosy cheeks and lips and has had yuck poos for the past couple of days.

Kat - I hope Jack is back in high spirits again soon. It's dreadful when kids are sick and can't tell you what's wrong.

I got hopeful that the bling I wanted might still be up after all this talk of them. Alas, it's gone.
I put my load of nappies on the line lastnight, and of course it rained. So instead of being dry this morning they're sopping wet. Oh well guess they got another rinse.
Did I hear talk of stimulus money? Gone in already? hmm... cheque might be arriving here soon then.

Some of our stimulus money is going towards jack's birthday/naming day party...and some more fluff...yayyyyyy! Wish it would hurry up and arrive...need more fluff, LOL.

Hoping for fluffy mail today. I've washed a couple of loads of nappies and have them outside, I know its raining, I have a strong belief in rainwater as a de-stinker and cleanse along with UV

well I got a big leak out of the snoozywun last night
Ithink I am getting compression leaks, through the longies and everything.
She just doesn't move much through the night and sleeps from about 8pm til 7am so a long time to be in one spot, especially as she is a big wetter.
The nappy wasn't overly wet at the front but pretty damp at the back.
Hopefully it's just a case of needing a few more washes to get the absorbancy up.
Will try a GF NN tonight.

Laura - how many times did you wash it? I got a leak when I had only washed it once
But now - as they are pretty old and worn in - they work fantastically!

I only washed it the once Mel, so I am thinking it just needs a few more washes.
Hope so anyway, otherwise I'll need a super wee proof nappy or set her to sleep on top of a bowl lol
