So....we have put DS's bed up in DD's room and we have brought a portable aircon for their room because it gets unbelievably HOT in there some days.
The kids love the way their room is and DD know's that the other bed is for DS, even though he's not sleeping in there yet. DS absolutely loves the room and plays in there alot during the day. Tehy especially love jumping on the beds
So now everything is ready it's just a matter of waiting for the 2 weeks that DH and I have off work so we can do it together. I have stopped bringnig DS into my bed at night. He sleeps in his cot all night and some nights he has started sleeping through. If DD falls asleep in our bedroom, she will also sleep through the night, so she is just waking at night to come into our bedroom, not for any other reason. I am hoping that once they both get used to the fact that they will no longer be coming into our room they will both sleep through more often than not!
Just counting down the time now......
