I guess I can understand your apprehension about having another big bub but rest assured that girls have torn from birthing little babies so it's not always the size that dictates the ease of delivery. My SIL had an assisted delivery with an episiotomy and vacuum extraction for her baby and she was 6lbs.

Also subsequent births are easier to push out due to the tissues already being stretched from the first birth.
