Question Chemical Pregnancy - treatment for avoiding it?

Can anyone give me some pointers for avoiding what may be recurring chemical pregnancy (undiagnosed)? I understand low doses of aspirin, Vitamins C, E and B6 might help.

I have only ever had one recorded CP but I think I've had more, and I don't think my FS will believe that there's an issue until I have more recorded CPs. In the meantime, I'd like to try some natural and safe preventions.

    Hi Persephone1,

IF the endometrial lining is a bit thin or otherwise not in as optimal condition as possible, affecting implantation, then CHM can be of assistence to you, likewise if there's an immunological issue, I think Chinese Medicine is a very good option for you.

    Thanks

    Thanks Justin.

I'm seeing an acupuncturist but think I might see a Chinese herballist as well. Thank you - I'll let you know how I go.

    Vitamin B6 query

    Hi ladies,

I've been taking 25mg of B6 daily (as well as my prenatals) since AF and I believe I ovulated yesterday. I know the maximum daily intake is 100mg but does anyone know whether it's recommended to stop after ovulation or is it safe to take all cycle long?

    Thankyou

Hi all! I wanted to share what seems to have worked for me. I got a BFP yesterday. Such early days I know. Fingers crossed! I had been ttc for 6 months for no 2. I had been pretty relaxed about it till last month, so I researched a few things and this is what I took.

Pre-conception vitamin, EPO for mucous, Vitex till ovulation (and yes, I see the controversy over whether pre-post ovulation to take it) I also made a few cups of tea of red clover flower tea. I found advice that said to take an estrogen and a progesterone mimicking herb supplement to balance- hence the vitex and red clover flower together.
I also used pre-seed (applicator) when I thought I was most likely to be ovulating, and used another brand sperm friendly lube the rest of the time. I also bought Maybe Baby ovulation tester which did nothing. According to it I did not ovulate!

My next move was to get a checkup to make sure I had no endometriosis cause I was suspicious of some painful twinges I get. I was also about to make an appointment with a herbalist, to get the proper supplements!

I wish everyone luck and hope this helps someones journey.
