I am in the same boat as you. I had an ultrasound only a few days ago and the technician told me that my ovaries look polycystic as well. I have several cysts on both ovaries, they just looked polka dotted! I burst into tears at the thought of not having anymore children. I have to wait for the actual results though and then I guess the doctor and I will go from there. I have been reading up on PCOS and I don't have any of the symptoms that really indicate the syndrome. Fingers crossed that it is just cysts and I can still get pregnant! I want another baby so badly..
