I used the blackmores B6, one a day, and I think it helped me out. I was also taking Blackmores b12 and a megafol. But keep in mind that the change will not happen overnight, it may take a couple of months to see.

As for the side effects, it is from prolonged use, so keep an eye on yourself, and also don't take any other supplements with B6 in it.

And when you get pregnant, you can keep taking the B6 in the first trimester, and drop it off after 12 weeks. It can help with morning sickness.
