Astrid, I completely agree with your point about my FP being a jack of all trades, master of none. Yes, it chops, but not particularly well. Yes, it makes cake batter, but only if it's quite a runny batter. It kinda annoys me, cause I don't need it for whipping cream, I have a hand mixer for that. I'll look into the kitche aid thing.
