Tan, its HARD to cut back on all the stuff we used to eat! Don't be down on yourself One slip up isn't the end of the world, and its only day TWO of the challenge. Try just cutting out unhealthy food at one meal, thats easiest for me, one meal at a time, one snack at a time. It doesn't have to be one HUGE jump, one thing at a time, it all adds up in the end.
Besides, if this was supposed to be EASY it wouldn't be a CHALLENGE would it Nor would we even need this thread, because we'd all be healthy and fit already
BTW, its not all smooth sailing for me. I spent half an hour staring in my fridge and pantry at everything I want to eat! In the end I had peanut butter toast, two Bertie Beetles and a glass of coke for lunch The toast I had planned on, the chocolate and coke not so much
