    hi ladies
    i was pretty bad today too, we went to Melb Zoo for the day and I ate a bit of junk, the plus I guess is that at least I was walking around all day, half of the time with DD in the ergo, so was carrying an extra 10kgs!

    another idea for sweet cravings is the unibic sponge finger biccies that you can buy. When I did WW a few yrs back, I think they were only 0.5 point... they are nice with a cuppa so you can dip them in!

    Going to the fruit and veg shop tomorrow so I can fill the fridge with yummy fruit.

    I want a Wii Fit too! They sound like so much fun... I did hint on one for chrissy, but it didnt come.. Santa must have thought I'd been naughty

    Well I went and did my walk, it was 40mins. I wore Julian in the carrier so that is about an extra 5.5/6kgs and I feel great and DH is making a chicken stir-fry for dinner so that is nice. I decided after my walk that one day I would do my walk with Julian in the carrier and the next day with him in the pram, just for varied weight resistance.

    Hi girls, for those who are strruggling and/ or questioning if they can do it. We can!!!
    I am ??? myself as well, it's hard making those changes but in a couple of weeks time it will get easier. It's a tough time of year, loads of goodies around the house and on sale when you go shopping. But if it does'nt happen now it only gets harder the heavier we get well that's what I am telling myself......take the baby steps and like the others have said get back up and brush ourselves off if you have a bad day.

    I definitely think we need to continue this after march ends - two weeks later it will be easter and i am a sucker for all the chocolate that gets reduced post easter, LOL!!!!!!!
    I'm feeling very ashamed after now putting a picture up, but motivated to get back to pre-preg me to.

    wow, its so fantastic to see so many positive people here who are ready and rearing to go! I am really happy to see so many of you got up the courage to put up your pics in the gallery and also the positive comments so many of you have written. Cant wait to see the progress shots!

    I've had a pretty good start. Eating wholegrain cereal for brekky, ham and salad wrap for lunch and a small portion of steak with loads of steamed veggies for dinner. Although I did buy a bottle of the pink jewel champas and having a glass atm, its low in cals so I'm using that excuse for a little indulgence lol. One thing I was pretty pround of is that Selena and I walked down to the nearby highschool today and played about a 40 min game of tennis, it half killed me as I was constantly running for the ball being so unco but it was a big step in the right direction for me. Selena is so patient with my incompetent eye hand coordination but I'm slowly....very slowly getting there....we really had fun! Been having 2 to 3 L water each day mainly due to the heat up here but things are pretty good so far! Looking forward to what I can do tomorrow...hmmm....

    I was good for dinner

    Salad (2 types of lettuce, spinach leaves, grape tomatoes, celery, mushrooms, egg)
    2 small pieces of dry-fried lamb chops (organic)

    im still yet to put a pic up...

    Do heated arguments (and i mean heated, i thought i was going to lose my voice!) count as exersise?
    I was so depressed yesterday. I thought i'd missed out on being included! I still stuck to my WW plan (at the time didnt know how many points!)and came in under! Today, i had 6 points to "spend", so i treated myself to the icecream in the freezes fil bought yesterday. Mil & i estimated it for 6 points and if im correct, it was only 4! (for those in the know about ww, i thought it exciting!) shame tho i didnt go for a walk today. Does shopping count as exersise? Coz mum & i (and my monkey) are going to dfo at the gold coast tomorrow!
    Mum2squidgee- my order to santa was a wii fit too! However, i wasn't naughty, he was just broke. Lol
    We have eye toy kinetic(the original) at pil's so ill just have to go round there and use it. Anyway, lights out for me, early start! Another good day over girls!

    OMG OMG OMG!!! Oh YAY!!! What a wonderful new year surprise Jo!! I am so happy for you!!!
    However had you stopped TTC? The TTC line in your sig has been gone for a bit hasn't it?

    Thank you cookiemonster. Yes we had stopped TTC. We weren't trying but weren't preventing it (as you can see). OMG I'm still in shock.

    I would still love the template. I'm still going to do the challenge by healthy eating and some exercise. I won't cut food back too much as I'm still breastfeeding and now pregnant but everything that goes into my month will be healthy. My last pregnancy I put on 35kg, I'm not doing that this time.
