Wow some of you ladies have been fantastic... I feel bad... So glad i joined up tho... Need some inspiration...

Have been naughty... i do fortnightly shopping so have to put up with the stuff i have here already... And we got chrisco and DP gets all the pantry fillers... down side to having a slender DP... Lucky ba$tard can eat anything and not put on weight...

Have been having breakie mid morning snack, lunch, arvo cuppa with fruit and dinner... 2 l of water since i started did have few sips of coke yesterday ... Its SOOO damn hot here been like 35 degrees... so havent done any walking... its a bit cooler now so will go for a walk once i'm done here as DD has just woken up from her nap.

Been having good dinners, last night was a palm sized heart-smart sized steak, (i was reading about portion sizes) and steamed veges (brocolli, beans, peas, carrots, corn, and i did have 2 small pieces of potato) it seemed like SOOO much food but the Low GI diet says i should have a minimum of 3 cups of veges with the meat... Luckily i'll eat just about every vege available...

Someone said something about the hot water and lemon... Thats part of the low GI diet i'm following... looking at some nice recipies and planing my meals so i can shop to a meal plan...

Well better go time for a walk. be good ladies...
