I forgot to do measurements last night. I might officially start tracking that from today.

    Sorry I'm still catching up - I think I'm a bit behind!!

Lucy and Mollycat - that is fantastic, inspiring stuff!

Just got home from my pram fitness training session, and my trainer told me to keep eating how I've been eating and write out a food diary and next session we will go through it and see what changes I need to make. That sounds like a great idea to me! I spent about 10 mins in the cereal aisle last night trying to make a decision and still ended up buying the wrong thing!

I'm a bit slow... is there any chance I can join now?

I'm only a little one, I need to drop about 6 kgs... but I lack severe motivation and I have the most enormous trouble eating well. So its an all about face challenge for me and my old habits. I am actually really excited about sharing this journey... I've never had a support team before.

And I know we have to email, but what is the actual email addy please... my email isn't linked to the computer so it doesn't come up.

Might be my mistake, I just thought that we got out weights and measurements in by Tuesday night last week to start on Wednesday, so therefore thought that we would get in our new weights and measurements on Tuesday to start week 2 fresh on Wednesday. Please do let me know if I have got this wrong.

    Thanks QB

    Deanne.

ETA: S'rose - you just need to PM Lucy, that may make it easier for you rather than worrying about email.

What is a "glass" of water? Just grab a glass, fill it with water and drink? Or is there a standard measurement?

Just looked back on Lucys first post and we do have to have it in by tomorrow night:

Results will be posted weekly, on a Thursday. All of your weight and measurement figures need to be pm'd or emailed to me by Wednesday night to be included. Actual weight and measurements will not be posted. I will only post weight, %'s and cm's lost.
My mistake, I just thought that because we had them in by Tuesday night last week for a fresh start Wednesday that the same would happen this week...
    sorry for confusing you ladies!

    Deanne.

yes looked at the old thread. in wednesday night to lucy and they are put on our tickers on thursdays! so must be tomorrow and measurements too. ahh well i put in 1.4kilo loss so maybe it is more tomorrow!!

glass of water. hmmmm....my glass is a tall one. the glass of water measures 275ml so i guess that is 2.2L as i have at least 8 of those per day. i normally have around 10 then so that is 2.75L...didn't realise! that is great, no wonder i feel so good.

Is it alright if I join in late? My DD is now 8 weeks old and I am ready to shift this baby weight, with dd1 I left it way too long and id like to get on top of my weight before it sky rockets. I lost the weight from dd1 last year and when I was at goal we started ttc number 2, fell pregnant straight away and gained all that weight back so I only got to wear my nice clothes for a short period of time lol

I went to the gym for the 1st time in ages this morning and managed to do 45min of cardio, i am fitter than I thought so that was a positive and I feel so much better about myself.

just had pizza muffins for lunch. yummo. so healthy. i cut an english muffin in half, toast it and then spread a teaspoon of tomato paste on each english muffin and add lean ham and vegetables of choice, light mozarella cheese on the top and then in the oven for 10 mins. yummy! and only 5.5 points on the weight watchers plan!

Well i got up this morning had thw washing machine programmed last night so i was hanging washing out at 6am... i waited for the 2nd load so i had more to hand out... (2 loads of towels) Gosh it piles up when your sick

I tried to make it more physical so i was doing like squats and stretching the calfs when i reached up to hang them... (didnt put it down so it was hard to reach) while i was hanging i had another 2 load of sheets and blankets washing... i did have to wait for the 4th one but utilised the time but ... YUK raking up the doggy do-do... which i ended up raking the whole grass... (not that big until you rake it.. haha)

I then cam inside pump up the musioc and started dancing round tidying up brefore i vacuumed the carpet, swept and mopped the tiles... i'm still sick but i thought if i sat round feeling sore and achy that i wouldnt get anything done... Got DD to sleep so time for more cleaning up... Very hot here again but while stuck inside i might aswell utilise the day and summer clean haha...

Keep up the good work ladies...

Rhianon, a 'standard' glass is 250mL, you're supposed to drink 2L a day.

Deanna, the challenge started on Jan 1st, Thursday

By the way, I went for my walk Go me! Only carried her half the way as she fell asleep, so I put her in the pram.

Off to study and burn 48 calories an hour PMSL (i don't think i think quite that hard though )

    Girls,

Your results need to be emailed or pm'd to me or emailed to lucy.mulvany@bellybelly.com.au by Weds night. (Email is better to be honest, as my PM box gets so full too fast!)

I will then enter your details into the spreadsheet I have got, which will then give me YOUR % WEIGHT CHANGE adn your CM's lost. These are the results that I will post.

YOUR TICKERS........all you need to do to change the stats on your tickers is to enter in your NEW WEIGHT onto the site where you made your ticker. This will then AUTOMATICALLY reflect in your ticker.

    Hope that makes sense!

    me too!

I'm feeling a little deflated today. I just read that one of my friends, is apparently 6 days into her "lifestyle change" and has lost 3 kg! wth is she doing? Not eating? She's bigger than me, and I really want to lose my weight, but it's not making me feel very good. I don't think I've lost any thing. Short of walking all day and eating barely anything, how am I going to do this? I know weight loss is a personal thing, and that it's not a competition, but it just feels like it is
