I have to admit my cup of milo was mostly milo with a dash of milk. It was really something I ate rather than drank.
The heat atm is making things hard. We did go for a walk yesterday but we got so hot so fast. Apparently it's meant to be cooler on Monday so I hope to get out for a long walk.
Lilias, I was having the same problem so I've started having omlettes for lunch and have a protein shake if I need a snack. Tonight I'm doing a stir fry, though I'll have mine without rice.
