Woohooo! Another kilo down And i am now officially a Witchery size 14 on hips and waist (still 9cm to go on bust though, but i will let that one slide).

I still feel like a great big whale so i am going to put off going into Witchery and trying something on until i am at the lower end of the size measurements (rather than the upper!), so another 4cm off both hips and waist which the rate i have been going is another 2 weeks.

ZF, you should do your measurements and track them, i find it a lot more gratifying!

Am thinking i might stop at safeway and buy a measuring tape i don't own one...
Then i guess i need to figure out WHERE on my body i measure.

I also gave up chocolate, caffeine and diet coke
I love my chocolate and won't give that up - when I'm being super good I just have a bar of dark choc in the cupboard and at the end of the day I have 2 squares. That keeps me good. But I haven't had caffeine (coffee etc) or fizzy drinks for around 12 years. I gave them up for a charity thing years ago and could never go back - coke just tasted awful after having a break from it and now I hate fizzy drinks!

    Well done everyone!! xxxx

Thanks MummaSue! I'm happy with it, but I still gotta lose quite a lot! It's such a long journey and I'm such an impatient person!
    Congrats on you loss!

Am thinking i might stop at safeway and buy a measuring tape i don't own one...
Then i guess i need to figure out WHERE on my body i measure.
I picked up a 3m long one from kmart for about $1.50? I think i thought i need a super sized one to go around me...

For your bust, measure across the fullest part and try to relax your arms (i also measure underneath as i initially started measuring so i could buy some bra's online)

Waist is the naturally narrowest part of your body, mine is up quite high a few cm about my belly button

Hips are measured across the fullest part

MammaSue- i can't stand dark chocolate, it is my least favourite food! I was absolutely fine without chocolate until AF decided to come back all of a sudden and i have really eaten a stack of it this week! I bought some melting buds so DD and i could make some christmas chocolates, so far we haven't made any of them, but the pack of buds are half gone! I actually just started drinking some diet coke this weekend, and have decided i will let myself have some when i am having the urge to eat something terrible, DS's reflux seems to have really started to settle down now so it hasn't been effecting him like it used to.

Raupe- i had been wondering why you were so quiet!! Your job sounds crazy, definitely burning lots of cals there! Thanks for the info on cutting dairy, that does make sense! Congrats on your 700g loss, that is still absolutely awesome

I had a good workout this morning, i was aching by the end of it! I didn't actually do it all either. I was watching on the treadmill how many cals a simple walk burns, and its roughly 100 calls per 10 mins on mainly flat at a decent pace, so all of you guys doing a decent 1 hour walk are burning off stacks of calories, especially when you add in the dogs/pram pushing!! Good work

Traveller & Ginger- how did you guys go??

Didispunk, are you going to weigh in on Monday's with us, or do you want to stay with Thursday's for WW and update then?

I forgot to add that my challenge this week is to have no mcdonalds!

    700g.....gained
It's all good hun. i gained over 1kg... 1 step at a time remember
I could easily blame that AF is here but you know what I made the decision to get Hungry Jacks, I made the decision to eat those little cakes & sausages yesterday and I decided it was too wet for a walk friday... so I AM ACCOUNATBLE and if being aco****able for my actions means i gain 1kg then so be it... atleast i know why and for once i'm not making excuses for myself

PacRakMG - at some stage could i by chance borrow one of your Zumba DVD's - Ava would love dancing around with me
Sorry, back from being away and just saw this - no worries, but you need to start with the beginner one, it teaches you all the moves first and then you go on to the others.

    Traveller -

Hope everyone else is well, I've just had a quick peek in here, will be back later for more personals. Haven't touched the scales......

PRMG- How was the camping trip and birthday?? Sounds like a great time away! We were planning on going for a trip next weekend but unfortunately have too much on Which Zumba DVD do you have? I need to learn the moves, so would love one that teaches step by step!

Gah, was trying to post on the laptop during bath time and wasn't paying enough attention- DS poo'd in the bath and DD had a huge meltdown! will have to come back and finish after bedtime!

Hi guys! I'm going on a trip for two days and won't have Internet access until Thursday! So be good!! I'll try to do the same. I don't now how I gonna go exercise and food wise. I'm on a group tour, so I think meals are provided? We'll see. I just have to make smart choices where I can.

Good Luck everyone! And stay motivated!

    Til Thursday
