    Week one weight in: 108kg

    *holds hands with everyone*

Today starts our journey together. Together we are strong.

My exercise aim for the week: at least 30 minutes sweat inducing. This will be done using the wii fit when DS sleeps (impossible while no other adults around!)

Food aims: i will eat only when hungry. I will drink more water (probably thirsty more than hungry). I will aim for the 2 and 5 (fruit vege). I will dig out my easy slim program to help me.

1 kg loss a week (on average) will be good.

Monday - managed 35 minutes exercise

Handing hands - I'm Liz and my starting weight is 94.4kg
I'm not sure what I'm going to aim to do this week - try out a gym nearby and make sure I'm drinking over 3 bottles of water a day (the pump bottles 750ml ones - 4 bottles = 3L).

Hoping to be in the 93kg range next week (AF's here atm too )

OK well girls! You shouldn't have anything to worry about when you see my numbers! arrrggghhhh I guess, although I am ashamed of it, each week as you see my numbers, I know it will be the last time those numbers EVER appear on my scales. Here we go!

    Start weight Dec 10: 143.5kgs.
    Today's weight: 132kgs.

This week I plan to walk for 45 mins per night for four nights and do boxing twice.

I NEED to get my good water habits going, so I am aiming for 2 litres per day at this stage.

I'm not even game enough to stand on the scales, last time I was weighed was when I was 30+ weeks pregnant with DD.

But today is my starting point! There's no junk in the house (other than DH's coke *grumble grumble* thats another story!)

I said to DH last night "do you realise I have to lose your sister A?"....She's only about 50kg, I have to lose an entire person!

I'm going to try to do 45mins of exercise today!

Alright, first weight post - 104.8kg.

This is gain of 800g for me over past week but I was expecting this as we have had house guests this past week so there has been a bit of drinking and eating etc....

My aim is 103.8 for next Monday.

Mind you, on 1 August 2010 I weighed 109. So I'm now 13 kgs down... I did get to 94 just before Christmas though...

My goal weight is 75. I'd love to be 60 but we'll just wait and see.

I haven't eaten ANY chocolate today and I'm going to do 45 mins on the exercise bike tonight.

I would love to join this!

This year is my year, and my aim is to lose 20kg. Actually I wouldnt mind a tad more but we'll reach the 20 first!

Starting weight last week was 97kg
    As of last night: 96kg.

At the moment I am using the Wii EA Active sports, which is really good. I try and do at least one workout each night once the girls are in bed.

well I got a new battery for the scales and I am officially grossed out!

I figure putting it out there it makes me more motivated to never be this size again.

    Monday week 1

    102.4kg

Am happy to say I have stuck to the low carb today and did s#&tloads of housework as well.
I made sure I got a sweat up doing the vaccuming and mopping the floors

Am off to the gym when DH gets home and its Salad and chicken kebabs for dinner.

Tammie where abouts are you? Walking buddy perhaps??

****. Ok. I'm going to have to post it.

    Monday week 1

    135kg

yes that's right...BIGGER than when I started my last diet. Hmmmm.

And I can't seem to find my motivation atm. When I am committed, I am a steamroller, seriously tough. I KNOW I can do this. But I have to get there, mentally, to start with, and I'm just not there right now, and I don't know how to get there

ETA - although I have to say, this is he weight at which I am 'feeling' it. Like, I never felt fat, and I would be surprised when I saw photos of myself or caught sight of myself unexpectedly. But the last 5kg, I am feeling them. I feel fat, yuck, uncomfortable in my skin now.

Fleur darl, we are all bigger than when we started our last diet! That's why we are here.

Hang tight, stick with it and we can all hold each others hands. I may be a stranger to you, but all my faith is in you right now. I know you can do it!

Stacey, I'm at Mount Cotton (prob about 30-40 mins from you at FL). I would love a walking buddy but can't meet regularly. I work about 45 mins from home so spend a lot of useful hrs traveling to and from work... It means I have to get out and wander a little at lunch times to squeeze in exercise! I am hoping my work arrangements will change in the coming months though so maybe then we could meet?

Fluer, you can do it! We all know you can. xx.

    Night all!
