I have to go do a grocery shop when DH gets home from work, so we've got food for the next few days. So today I've not had much, just fruit.
Tonight I'm having a HUGE meal to give me lots of energy for a 6-10 hour bump-out that I'm playing roadie for, which starts at midnight.

Just had a row with DH over the ****ing Christmas tree of all things. And emotionally ate a chuppa chup.......

1 toasted sanga - chicken and low-fat cheese
600mls water

another 600mls water
ice-pole
leftover chinese
2 glasses wine
glass water
weiss mini
more water
This heat is really helping me drink my water!

Plus I accudently ate about a teaspoon worth of potato when I was serving DS' dinner. Another habit I need to break!
sunday was a BAD day!
I had maccas for breakfast - but I had just worked over 7 hours and was still dripping sweat, on the good side ALL my snacks during my 7 hours of work was fruit!!!!!!!!!!!!! I also drank about 6L of water.
Last night was a huge plate of steamed veges (cauli, broccoli, carrots), a cob of corn (no butter) with a lamb shank & roast potatoes.
So far today I've had
Bowl of cereal with milk and I'm in the process of drinking coffee - I'm still not awake!
Today so far...
2x coffee - no sugar, only milk (have cut our sugar)
1x cup of T - no sugar
handful grapes
large handful nuts, raisins & seeds
Lunch
3/4 tin spaghetti
WATER INTAKE
3x 750ml water
will be having a big plate of veges for tea tonight...
Also really need to get my butt into gear & get a better exercise routine going.... need to MAKE time.... MUST MAKE time...

Boiled egg with 2 slices toast (one with honey on)
2 cups coffee
600mls water
1/2 chocolate & walnut cookie
1 glass juice
2 glasses lemonade
Assorted dips, cheeses and mini-lindt balls.
1 rissole, 1 egg, 1/2 grilled tomato
brown rice mixed with squash, grilled tomato and carrot
1 glass wine
mini-weiss bar
Hmmm well apart from the visit to friends where "lunch" was dips & chips & cake (which I didn't have!) I think I did OK?
