Good morning everyone, i hope we are all well and feeling fabulous about ourselves and the efforts we are making to change to become healthier, happier people
Mak - walking the kids to school will be GREAT exercise, how far away is the school? I walked my little brothers to school and back when i had them for a week last year and it was just under 3kms there and back i think.
Sassy123 - hope your feeling better today
Christy - i just bought a fruit & nut mix for at home, will pop a little container in the car for travelling around today, it's good that work is a great place for you, work was my biggest downfall years ago.
Astrid - can you throw some fruit & nut mix or a muesli bar in your bag for those times, i really need something with me too for when i get hungry and we are out and about. Your doing such a great job hun... keep it up.
JBM - oh hun i hope that toothache is gone ASAP, have you been to the dentist?
AFM - check out my ticker ladies, weighed in yesterday 93.1 i am only 3.1kg off my b'day goal.
I tried on a dress today that i bought 3yrs ago that has never really fit quite well (it still has the tags on) and IT FIT, i am thinking about weaing it out to dinner tonight but i think it might be a bit cold
This morning girls and i are having mashed banana pancakes with strawberry yoghurt & sliced banana - all home made, no added sugar - just flour, egg, milk, mashed banana & a tiny bit of vanilla essence... easiest recipe EVER, i also do apple & cinnamon - i've eaten one pancake and am actually quite full so divvying up the rest to the girls... what a change!
Heading out for dinner somewhere in Carlton tonight, no idea where or what will be on the menu so i am hoping i can find something that doesn't make me feel disgusting, were also out from before lunch so i am going to pack some fruit & nuts in the car, get the girls Macca's (as we will be on the road) and will just get myself a Salad & maybe a chicken wrap (are they on the tick approved list?).
My workout today will be carrying 2 FULL watering cans down the hill to the chicken shed, emptying and re-filling all their waters and lifting the 20kg food bag to fill the seed container then walking back up the hill with 2 children.
