    2. Be able to jog 10km in 1 hour
have you tried the couch to 5km thingie (yeh I'm saying thingie coz brain isn't engaged to work out what I really mean), where over a period of time it takes you up to being able to run 5kms in 20mins (I think). I know some of the gang on here have done the challenge before.

I keep on meaning to start on it, but bewbies still a bit too big right now and I can't find a decent sports bra while I'm in between sizes.

Hi everyone - I'm back on tha bandwagon after a baaaad Christmas. I haven't weighed in but a couple of kg's have snuck back on I think.

    Cherished - congratulations hun!

Belfie & Georgi - all the best for TTC. The fitter and healthier you are beforehand makes such a difference through your pregnancy.

Krys - your pics look awesome! I will join you in the 10km in 1hr goal. I was running 5km in 29min before Xmas so I just have to double that

Hi Kaz, BW, BC & Punks!

Wow, great to see so many people in here. Nothing like a New Year to bring new motivation!

NAI Thanks. I was so determined to get back into shape before the 2nd baby (I was out of shape before I even fell pg with DS) as I am worried it will be 10times harder if I wasn't. That really was my motivation, and it paid off

BELFIE Good on you for resisting those bikkies. You must be full of motivation

KRYSALYSS They are some pretty serious goals. Good luck. Did you know that your fitness decreases every 72 hours? So basically, you need to do something to maintain, or improve your fitness at least every 3 days

BC Well jump on (the wagon). Thanks. Yes I'm very excited about the TTC thing. I'm hoping for a short journey

BW I always fall off the wagon when I'm with my in laws too. Especially when I'm at their house

ANGEL As i mentioned to Nai, my motivation to shift the excess weight was to TTC. I gave myself 6 months to shift 11kgs.... And I did it... So i'm sure you will too. It's a great way to keep motivation!

KAZ You've got some good goals there. I really need to not always finish what's on my plate too... I'm really bad with that

I've decided I need to be more active during the days. As I work so hard at the gym, I normally take the easy way out for the rest of the day. But I really need to up my incidental exercise. Now I am cutting back to 5 days training instead of 6 (hopefully it will help regulate my menstral cycles) so today i'm not gyming but i'm gonna take DS to the beach!

Welcome Butterfly Child, AngelPunks and Butterfly Warrior - awesome to have you with us .

Georgi - Incidental activity is another good way to lose weight, I count my walk to the shops with the pusher as incidental activity (big hills, two kids in the pusher) - anything extra is the bonus, right . Even parking the car in the furthest spot from the shops is a start. However the beach sounds like an awesome idea! And something you can do with DS! Congrats on TTC - I hope to read the announcement soon!

Nai - have you weighed in yet? What was the damage? Come on, you can tell us . We've all been in those shoes too.

Belfie - great to hear about the TTC - I hope it is a short and sweet journey! I find the best way is to totally avoid tempting foods personally. You must have waaaay more restraint than I do - Good on ya girl!

Krystalyss - maybe put a photo of a person who inspires you on your fridge (my two inspirations are Michelle Bridges - biggest loser trainer in OZ (and friend); and Jillian Michaels - biggest lose USA trainer). Or perhaps a motivational quote. If your motivation is up there everything else should fall into place. You've set some awesome goals too! Well done!

Kaz - it can be so hard to finish off the plate in front huh! I try to recall the mantra 'eat till I'm comfortable' when I'm eating. That way I don't keep going till I feel I could burst lol!

AFM - I've swapped a two Body Pump sessions this week for an RPM and Body Attack session. I felt so guilty on Xmas night I did Body Attack when the kids were in bed and DH was at work lol, but it's all paid off. My fitness has increased, I'm back into most of my 'skinny' clothes and goodbye to the 70's - I'm now 69.9kg. Needless to say I'm going to take the kids for a big walk in the pusher and do Body Attack today - anything that will see me get further and further away from the dreaded 70 kg mark.
DH is getting clucky. He wants another bubs soon. I keep reminding him we have a 5mth old, but thats too old for him he jokes! I'd like to get down to 65kg before TTC. Can't we just practice I say (hey, it burns calories too right ).

    Mwah beautiful ladies!

Hehe Leesa, no I haven't weighed in yet. We just got back from Adelaide and I have been trying to unpack so I haven't had time to get to the gym to get on the scales. The creche is closed so I need to get DP to look after the kids too so I will try to get up there tomorrow. Might see what time the pump class is on and just throw myself into it I will let you know though as soon as I get back from standing on the dreaded scales

my weight is down 1kg after 2 days - is that too quick? Or just fluid? I've been eating really well & exercising.... i hope it stays off!!!

Leesa - well my motivation is really high atm... but normally I'd struggle with the bikkie temptation - it's difficult when you're out at other people's places. As for next bub, lol join the crowd, it's the weightloss/TTC group! (even though, I agree with you, not your DH, 5mths is still a baby!)

Georgi - agree about the incidental exercise. I went walking yesterday so "wore" DS in the ergo instead of putting him in the pusher (the flat tyre helped with that too )... good workout.

I so feel like chooclate now. I had a toasted sandwich with low fat cheese for lunch and the cheese tasted GROSS! Not buying that brand again, I've had others that were ok. And now all I feel like is some chocolate to take the taste from my mouth... no no no NO. Having a cup of tea (no sugar) instead... be strong belfie, be strong.

Just wondering if I can join in. I need some motivation around me to get back on track. Last year I lost 10kg but have put a couple of kilos on over the xmas break (I think I started xmas early this year lol ) I want to lose the xmas bulge plus lose about another 10kg. I would also love to TTC late in the year and would really love to get to goal before then. I also want to see if I can drop the extra 10kg if It will help with my PCOS and assist me in the TTC journey. I figure I have lost 10kg last year so I can do that again this year but I need to motivation to stay focused. I have been doing WW online for a little while and really like it because you still eat really normal food. I don't really like diets that you have to restrict anything. I just find if I restrict anything I end up binging. I have to get back on my cross trainer and taking the kids out for walks because for the past month or so I haven't done any exercise

I will try to go back and read through some of the posts to see where everyone is at when I get a chance.

    Have a great day everyone!

Hi guys! Hope everyones day is good! I am having a pretty good day today. Motivated after aerobics last night. Rode to work (5.3kms) and back and did a bit of physical stuff at work. Then went to a kids birthday (always temptation) but was pretty good. Just had a small piece of the birthday cake (sponge). Tomorrow I am going to jog to work and am actually looking forward to it. I was doing it in just over 30 mins. But tomorrow may be a different story he he!

I did personals but have lost them twice. Grrrr! So once I have recovered from my grumpiness over that I will be back. LOL

belfie Woohoo that's awesome Hun Gd on you!, id be glad to swap with you Hun! i caved with the choc today had to made a white choc mud cake for a bday party and ad to try it but im going for a big beach walk tomorrow to make up for it lol

leesa good on you for getting down to 69.9 hun, i think where on similar weights atm im hoping to get to 65kg to in the next few months and then my next goal will hopefully be to lose another couple kgs.. fingers crossed for both of us we can do it xx

MRSQUIDIPA Welcome back on the wagon!

BELFIE I drink about 3 decaf coffee's a day. I find they fill me up then I don't feel like eating. Caffinated works best but I have 2 coffee's in the morning so no more caffine for me for the rest of the day

LEESA You do Body Attack at home? Are you an instructor? How did you get the DVD's? I ask these as I taught aerobics & was a personal trainer for 10years. I taught Body Pump, Step & Combat plus freestyle too. I really miss teaching & plan to get back to it after the next baby

KTGIRL Welcome. I also had lost 10kg before TTC. It's a great motivator that's for sure

KRYSALYSS Good on you for avoiding the temptations at the party. I'm a sucker for lollies so probably would've blown it

BC Are you able to do swimming with your back? What about riding a bike? Glad you can get some light walking in, it's much better than nothing at all

NAI Our creche has been closed some days too. It hasn't been too bad though, just that I would've liked to have gone yesterday so now have to go today

I've had two days off the gym so am finding it hard to motivate myself to go today. But certainly can't take 3 days off in a row otherwise my fitness will start to decrease

Haven't eaten as good as I would like to have but hoping I can still show a shift on the scales. I'm going to check my weight at the gym today, that'll be the real test!

Hey everyone, I am back as well.

Have no idea how much I put on over the last 2.5weeks. Havent had a WW meeting since the week before christmas as they were closed on chrismas eve and new years eve which were my weigh in days. Have eaten so much crap, done no exercise, drunk heaps of wine and feel blahhhhh!

Need to get back into it.

Going to start by having my healthy breakfasts to get my metabolism going, no more wine or sugary drinks, no more unhealthy snacks or big meal portions.

I want to lose 20Kg this year. I lost 10.5Kg in half a year last year so I should be able to do it.

Nai - I hope you enjoyed your bike ride and came back with some winnings on the lotto ticket

    Belfie
    - Woohoo on the loss thats awsome!

Ali - Hi. Well done on losing 10.5kg last year!!

Georgi - Good luck at the gym today. Hope the scales were nice to you.

    Hi Mr Sqidipa, welcome back.

BC- Hope your back is feeling better soon. What about water areobics?

krysalyss - Enjoy your jog to work. Sounds like you are doing really well on the exercise front!

I am heading down to our local fruit and veg shop soon to get my supplies for the week and I have done my meal planning for the whole week online so I know what I am going to eat, hopefully that helps me to stick to it all week. I am going to jump on the scales in a minute to see where I am at before starting again and I am a little bit scared of what they will tell me lol

    Hey there!

I'd like to join, if I may. I'm at the precipice of trying to lose about 20 kgs... have lost 18 kgs before falling pregnant (about 3 years ago) so I know I can do it. However, I have more complications than last time - like less time (now have a son!) and heel spurs (or plantar facitis) which make walking painful.

I did some simple things to start - which I'll do again. Firstly to ensure I drink my 2L water every day (then don't get room for cordial or other sugary things) and to stop eating after 8pm. They're my starting spots - as well as trying to incorporate some sort of exercise!

I hope to get to know you all better on this journey...
