KRYSALYSS- I weigh in at WW on Thursday's, however, this week is my final week as I have successfully completed the 6 week maintenance. I weighed at the gym & was 66.5kgs which is about 65 on the scales at WW. Although my goal is 64, I am happy to hover around 65 especially when I will hopefully be UTD in no time at all so will put a stack of weight on.
LEESA- Wow, it's great to know there is another instructor in this thread. I felt a little funny about being telling people I use to be an instructor as I was overweight. It's good to know others feel they have some kilos to lose too. I am ok with it now of course, now that I've lost 11kgs! I never did RPM training, but geez, I'd love to have a bike here. That'd be great!
And for all those who have put on over Christmas (gees, I think that's EVERYONE)... I read in a recent weight watchers article that most people put on 2-3kgs over the festive season. So.... Don't worry, it's normal! At least we all have each other to motivate us to get it off.
AFM - I weighed in a the gym this morning & was fairly happy with what I saw. Those scales are different to the WW scales but I was about 66.5 which is around 65 on the WW scales so only a kilo more than i'd like to be.
I have my final weigh in at WW this thurs, after my 6 week maintenance, to become a life member. I am hoping to be under 66kgs as you need to stay within 2 kgs of your goal weight to remain a lifetime member. I should be right I think. I've been fairly good... Still drinking a glass of wine or two a night though. But my exercise is still great. I did some weights & then run on the treadmill today & did a full 60 mins of cardio yesterday. I'll do another 60mins tomorrow.
Sorry for the lack of personals... It's so hard to keep up....
