Queen - Welcome hun You will achieve your goal I know it. And 3kg a month sounds like a healthy, achievable rate of loss.

BW - hmmm....I can understand your dilemma, I'm no real help cause I haven't yet accepted that my body might have changed shape (once I lose the excess weight) post baby beyond staying at a higher weight to help protect against illness. It's great that you're eating well though.

Leesa - on fitting into your skinny clothes!! Well done hun.

Sloane - on your loss too!

Belfie - I'd be interested to hear what your doc says about 2000 cals a day while pg.

ktgirl - AF sucks post babies IME. It really does

Hi to everyone else!!

AFM - Well the Wii scales are definitely liars with their pants on fire My own scales told me I gained about half of what I lost the week before so Sunday was a sad day for me. I got AF over the weekend so that could be why. Anyway, I'm going to join WW I think cause I need to do more than just cut out junk and exercise more. Last time I joined WW I lost 6kg in about 5 weeks so it does work for me if I stick to it.

ETA - Sorry Leesa baby brain strikes again. My goal is based on two things - it's about halfway between the official health range for my height and it's what I weighed last time I was a size 10-12. I think I would struggle to go much lower and stay there and as I get closer to that goal I may need to revise it up a little. I want something that is achievable and maintainable (is that even a word??)
