Spiddles - that is so inspiring. I am also needing to lose weight, although probably more around 10-12kgs and am finding it difficult. But the idea of us all doing this together and keeping track of what we are doing and how much we have lost, might be just the motivation we need. We should keep track of how each of us is doing in this thread - Great Idea!
