Hi guys! Well I am back. I wasn't so great while I was away as it was pretty hard so I am glad to be back and getting into everything again. I have gone through all of the messages that I got while I was away so although I won't have time to pm everyone back individually I have added everyone's details into the challenge.
    See you guys tomorrow!

Well I am excited about today. I am about to have a boiled egg on fresh bread and a nice skinny cappuccino from a cafe - I loooove coffee! For lunch I am going to have a salad with olives and light dressing. Dinner I am not sure about yet but I have a soccer game tonight which I am really looking forward to. I will also have some fruit snacks during the day as we have so many perfect passionfruits at the moment.

For snacks - my favourites are definitely fruit. Even when I don't feel a whole lot like eating it I always feel great after. I also really like peppermint tea.

Mmmmk just a quick one this morning, have to go to work soon!

I had a terrible day food & exercise wise yesterday - ended up snacking on bad stuff (had a biccy, a juice, and ice cream and a chocolate ) and missed the gym because we ended up being invited to my Mum's place for tea! So today I am hoping will be a bit better, I am doing my yoga class tonight and that is a pretty good workout. I've also got word that I am going to another one of my SIL's "training sessions" this weekend..... let's hope I can walk after it this time rofl.

I am so proud of how well everyone is doing! Keep up the good work

I was bad BAD BAD last night, I had pizza for dinner - only a few pieces but pizza none-the-less.
Me too. Pizza wasn't even great. I was jonesing for garlic really bad as i am so run down and garlic makes me feel better but I can only tolerate it on pizza, that was my excuse. TBH I don't mind slipping up or designating payday as treat day - at the end of the week on the scales I can say to myself 'and it would have be so much better if I hadn't have done / had of done XYZ'. I have already lost 1.8kg this week so I have been focusing on what I am doing right to keep me going, rather than all the bad things that just defeat me.

But I know that doesn't work for everyone. Just like me giving it all up at once would be a major fail because i would end up binging on it all when I gave in - so ending up worse off.

Hi ladies, well I am off to a good start, so far so good! I am sipping on some yummy black tea with honey and lemon because we don't have milk, but this is sooo delish!I have been drinking my tea with a sugar and lots of skim milk. I had forgotten how much I like black tea and herbal teas. I will have to go and buy some I had banana on toast for breaky because we have run out of porridge and milk, lol. I think it's time to do some shopping!
I am going out today to have a massage and to have a wander at the shops. I will alos have a yummy coffee (low fat!) somewhere and my favourite berry yoghurt (also low fat!) for lunch. Good coffee is one of my weaknesses too Krys! But I will only have two coffees a day!
I also plan to go for a walk this arvo, hopefully I can manage to fit it in!

I thought I would jump start my weight loss with a Pre Packaged Weight Loss Meal for dinner each night ... ended up with chicken and chips from red rooster last night (no skin )

The upside is I bought a wedding dress that is too small, for our wedding this year. I couldnt get the zip up, and I had a fitting last night and I could

I am so proud of myself! DH just came home from the bakery with the bread and my coffee and a danish for me. But I told him I couldn't eat the danish and so he happily ate it. I didn't even feel like it but have been known to eat to protect someone else's feelings. Not that DH is that precious LOL.

So should you. You sound like you are going great. It is nice to get back to appreciating plain flavours I think instead of stuff full of salt sugar and salt. I had forgotten what food like potatoes actually tasted like!
    Enjoy your massage!

    Welcome back Krys!

    Yay on the bike Maz!

I made it to the gym last night but just did a bit of cycling and cross trainer as my finger is still all bandaged up and I can't do a lot of arm action stuff so it was all pretty gentle. I will be weighing in on Monday so need to keep it up over the weekend!!

    Hi everyone

Bad on the exercise front here - hopefully I will be able to exercise a bit tonight after the kids have gone to bed - I was absolutely exhausted last night after being sick all day.

Ate some toast with honey before, and it seems to be ok....so far!!!!

Everyone else sounds like they are doing awesome.....

Geez we can talk can't we!

Krys - glad to see you back

Maz - woot about the bike!

Mel: Glad you're feeling better today (just think of all the weight you probably lost yesterday, lol)

Sounds like everyone is doing well

Pouring with rain here today, so no walk - so when DS has his sleep I'm going to do the work out DVD I have - that's 40 mins. I'm finding myself craving...something... today, not sure what it is. I'm thinking I might make myself a mini homemade pizza later, just make sure to top it with lots of vegies and only a little bit of cheese.
