    you girls are SO inspiring!!!

Look at how positive you all are...man your all rubbing off (thankyou)

    Plan of attack

3 week detox of carbs....no carbs what so ever, no bread, potatoe, rice, pasta NADDA, yes its going to kill me but I lost 15kg last year doing it (ive only gained 5kg of it back) so im going to do it again.

Try walking twice a week for now...see how much it hurts me in a certain area first and take it from there

Drink MORE WATER!!!! Ditch my beloved coffee for water

Eat breakfast to get me going for th eday...so yoghurt and fruit

I so wish I could join a gym like you all..but $$$$ and my health wont permit it so will have to do it the cheaparse way lol.

Ive got a Wii...maybe I need to get some 'games' for me instead of the kids lol

OOh I forgot to mention the juice aspect! Yes, very sneaky calories in there - so when I'm wanting to lose weight (or just get healthy) I substitute it with lemon pieces in water - or lime pieces. Its so yummy - and very good for cleansing your system!

So I'll be doing that instead of juice.

Woo hoo! So far we have 17 ladies joined up. With this many motivated girls we can kick this for sure!

Maz - I am the same as you re: the gym. I know if I went I would just go to the aerobics sessions so instead I bought a couple of dvds and it is just as good. In fact it is better as I don't have to worry about babysitting or travel time.

I like exercising in front of DS because I want him to learn from example and hopefully it will all be easier for him than it is for me. So I try to let him see me jog (DH and DS go on bikes) and play soccer as well. And when he asks how my exercise is I always talk it up (even if I am not feeling into it) Figure it can only help him make exercise a part of his own life as he gets older.

    Hi everyone

Just PMd my stats to Krys so I am rearing to go, although I don't have a Wii so I will have to make do with old fashioned walking. I do have some hand weights at home and I might even get back to the gym this week.

For me the choc cravings will be the hardest. I will try to get through the week without any.... ooh it's gonna be hard!

Thank you for inspiring me ladies. Lets get moving!

    Ooh, I'm so excited!!

I'm going to be following an eating plan BW sent me from her FS, which means for the next 4 weeks I will be cutting out -

    White rice
    Pasta
    Biscuits, cake
    Tropical fruits
    Icecream
    Cheese
    Chocolate, lollies and sweets
    No fried food
Only 2 slices of bread per day
    As much protein as possible

A friend of mine eats like this all the time, and she said that when she first started, she felt really sick for the first few days while her body detoxed. So I will start it on Friday, so I can detox over the long weekend next weekend and be ready for work on Tuesday.

Apart from that, I'm doing the Wii Fit challenges, and planning to go for a walk along the river near where I work, hopefully 3 times a week, but we'll see.

DH will be joining me in the challenge, and he's going to be using the corporate gym more regularly. We've also just started on multivitamins, so we're looking forward to a decent change, hopefully!

I have just Pm'd my measurements as well! Scary stuff as I have done some serious damage over Easter and holidays! Thank goodness for this challenge to get me back on track.

My plan of attack is to

-Use my treadmill 5 days a week - aim for 5Km a day and as fitness builds up, add in some interval training with soem jogging.
-Drink water. I will do this by carrying a drink bottle around.
-EAT BREAKFAST!!! This is how I lost 10kg. Over the last 2 weeks I ahvent had brekky and I have put on weight! So must eat a healthy breakfast.
-No Maccas. I love that stuff so much but I will resist but allow myself a small cheeseburger meal on a Friday as I am only human and have learnt not to cut everything out as that will only end in binge eating.
-I am also going to add in 50 sit ups and 20 push up (girl style) a day. Not neccesarily all at once, but through the day. I might even do some witht he kids in my class at school. I am sure they wont mind.

GL everyone. Last chance meal tonight

Haha we're having fish and chips as a last chance meal tonight - we've tried to diet so many times and always fail, but this time - we're not going to fail - we've got something special to look forward to at the end of it (and we're going to keep doing it even when that something special is happening ) so we are definitely serious about it NOW.

I'll PM my stats now. Its scary.

Well I have just submitted my stats - scary! Also feeling bummed - my Wii Fit on the carpet was VERY wrong and I am 2kgs heavier than I thought So My new goal is 7kgs to get into the "healthy" BMI

The plan - for the first few weeks

Eat a healthy breakfast ( a big change for me)
Pack my lunch for work + healthy snacks
NOT binge/snack when I get HOME from work OR drive though takeaway for a "snack" A VERY bad habit I have acquired
Drink more water - I love the lemon pieces in water idea too!
Jump on the Wii Fit three times or more for 30mins
Walk three times per week for 1 hour

I'm not very good at sticking with things so hope all of your inspiration helps me reach my goal - 7kgs feels insurmountable - and its only the beginning...I really need to lose 10-15kgs to look fab...

Weighed myself with our Wii Fit - the first time it said I was underweight and had LOST about 60kg since last time
Um yeah..that's so not right! Did it again and it made a bit more sense!
