If I crave chocolate then what is the least un-healthy one to go for (and please don;t say dark choc - bleugh!), malteasers, flake...? Maybe something like an Aerobar, it is the size of a choccie bar so you don't feel like you are missing out, but has less chocolate due to the bubbles. Flake would be good as well as a bar take awhile to eat, well if you eat one the way I do.
And what about chips? Corn chips, cheesie twistie things, kettle chips...? I tend to go for plain kettle, I prefer a good plain chip over flavoured, plus there are no additives. I save the plain corn chips for dipping
Lollies? Natural confectionary...others? Choc coated liquorice - yummo
What about dips, crackers, yummy cheeses... - since when are biccies and dip bad?
