Chocolate - go for a snack size milky-way. Or just have 4 little squares of real chocolate. (hehe don't eat the whole block)

And what about chips? I love those new Pitos chips, all the chippy flavour and crunch but no fat (they are made out of oven-baked pita bread). Also don't forget good old popcorn, and flavoured pretzels. Also found some yummy things called Fantastic Delites near the rice crackers - potato and rice flour so pretty high GI but good for a treat

Lollies? Natural confectionary...others? Licorice is probably an ok choice, I also love chocolate covered ginger. Something really decadent is fresh dates dipped in greek yoghurt yummo!

What about dips, crackers, yummy cheeses... Um I think yummy cheeses are by definition OUT if you're on a weight-management crusade but included for everyone else. Dips - I second hommous, tzatziki and some beetroot dips (read the label). Have them with wholegrain crackers, or baked pita bread, or grissini sticks, and serve them along side crudites and pickled vegetables so that the whole plate has healthy food value and not just empty calories. I think you can't go past a bit of smoked salmon from time to time as well! mmmmm
