    Monday... Back on the wagon again!!!

    Water
    4x 750ml bottle water

    Drinks
    3x Coffee - milk no sugar
    1x 330ml bottle Frank drink

    Breakfast
    1x large banana
    1x nashi pear

    Snacks
    3x biscuits
    1x apple


    Lunch
    Chicken & bacon salad with french dressing

    Dinner
    Chicken
    potato bake
    cauli & broccoli ( w cheese sauce!!)
    1 piece garlic bread

    Dessert
    3x mni choc eclairs


    Exercise
    45min brisk walk
