    SATURDAY

    Water
    4x 750ml bottle water

    Drinks
    1 coffee - milk & 1 sugar
    2x cup Tea - milk no sugar
    3x vodka & cola

    Breakfast
    Cup on Tea - milk no sugar

    Snacks
    2 apricots
    1 nectarine
    1 licorice log

    Lunch
    Bacon 2 pcs
    toast 2 pcs - no marg
    2 eggs (poached not fried)
    tomatoes


    Dinner
    small portion roast pork
    2 small roast potatoes
    coleslaw with WW balsamic dressing
    2 tbs gravy

    Exercise
    2 hour - 12km walk to SILs - then got DH to drive me home LOL
    10min cycle
