    Drinks
    4x coffee - milk


    Breakfast

    Banana
    Nashi pear
    5 plums
    2 apricots
    handful cherries

    Snacks
    3 pieces toast with chutney... was starving at morning tea!!!
    Boysenberry moritz icecream - boss shouted for smoko... really hot here & I love boysenberry icecream & couldnt resist LOL


    Lunch

    Chicken strog pasta


    Dinner

    Bread roll with marg
    2 small sausages
    1 med/large potato

    Exercise
    Aqua sport class
    15 min walk to get lunch!
