Hi Ladies

Sunny, so sorry to hear of your friends passing

Wrena, I consider you to have had a successful week if you have been wining and dining and managed not to put on any weight.

ZF, sorry but I had to lol at the thought of you running downhill in gumboots chasing your pram wielding daughter ANd I agree with Onyx, your workouts do sound a lot more fun than just punding the pavement or treadmill, and you get to kill 2 birds with one stone too!

Kryss, yay for feeling like your old sporty self. It really helps to be in the right headspace doesnt it!?

Mildez, how do you find the Michelle Bridges program? Any handy tips you care to share with us?

Munchkin Mumma, good on you for throwing the choccie back in the cupboard, totally sounds like something I would do!

Onyx, good on you for getting out to the gym! I also must wonder about your height given your size 6 bod

Cherished, thanks for doing such an awesome job with the list, its looks great! Will miss your posts over the weekend, but enjoy your boys first birthday party. And if you dont see this til after, I hope you and he both had a fab time!

Afm, trying to be extra good today food wise, as we had a little baby shower at mothers group yesterday, and I indulged in a few banned substances (still no lollies or choc though!). So on food rations today to make up for it, and a nice long walk after work tonight. I am really loving my headspace atm, I have found that place where my mind and body both are on the same page, and as much as I hate exercise, I wake up and think about what I'm gonna do, and at what time. And with food, I dont even really think about junk anymore which is great cos i was such a lolly gobbler and the sugar just made me crave more and more. Anyways, I'm rambling! Hope everyone has a great weekend, and manages to stay on track. We can all do this girls
