    cohen's diet

    holy doly i just looked into the cohen's diet and it is $750 i nearly feel over i knew it sounded too good to be true
    i want to get the bulk of my weight off so i can get back into exercising again. my knees get bad when i have weight on them.

    Yeah...expensive but the best thing I ever did...a great investment...lost 20kg in just over 3 months...some Health insurance companies give you some money back too!

    You just have to be organised. I shopped once a week and went straight home and weighed everything and put into little plastic lock bags so it was easy during the week. The first few days are tough but once you're over that you don't even feel hungry. DH supported me by cooking his own meals so all I had to worry about was me and not being 'tempted'. Maybe just go to the first session where they tell you all the info and then decide. I found the people really supportive and felt that I got good value for money. Good luck!

    well i sent my forms in and got my blood test on monday so now i just wait. bit nervous it cost so much but hopefully that will help me stick to it lol

    well i started the diet today. going really well so far. i think the only thing that is going to get me is the natural yoghurt it tastes like crap lol
