I've had two laps and never had any bleeding apart from shedding uterine lining after the D&C. In terms of serious bleeding, I think the risk would be really minimal because they only use 3 tiny 1cm incisions and there certainly isn't any blood on your abdomen afterwards and anything they remove inside they cauterize it. But I understand your concern about it.
