I am so over PCOS, insulin resistance, fatty liver etc etc etc.
I am sick of 'dieting' only to not lose weight.
Up every morning for 1/2 hour 'workout' for no reason.
My doctor says do more exercise. Hello? When? I am a full time mother, housewife and worker. Up at 5am as it is.
I am getting fatter and I don't know why.
Where is the magic pill to fix all this?
It is not fair.
